AHE Conference: Registration Fees

On this page you can pay the fee to register for the AHE annual conference.

Presenters should register by 10th June 2026 to be included in the final conference programme. If you purchase a ticket after 23:59 (UK time) of Wednesday 10th June, your paper will not be included in the conference programme.

Ticket prices include the AHE annual membership fee of £30 and the conference dinner.

If you are based in the Global South, the AHE will email you a discount coupon worth £40. If you are a student or part-time academic, the AHE will email you a discount coupon worth £40. If both discount categories apply to you, e.g. a student based in the Global South, you will receive by email two discounts coupons which you can use jointly to obtain a total discount worth £80. The AHE is unable to partially refund scholars who fail to use discount coupons they are entitled to. All discount coupons must be applied prior to purchase.

You can cancel your registration by 10th June 2026 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after the 10th June 2026.

You can pay by PayPal or debit/credit card. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you if the payment is successful.

The registration will be completed in three steps:

Step 1: Down below, select your registration ticket and click on “add to basket“.

Step 2: Verify your basket and modify it if necessary. Add the discount coupons to your basket if you have received them by email. Do not pay the registration fee on your basket page. Click on “proceed to checkout“.

Step 3: On the checkout page, enter your name, email, and institutional affiliation. Without this information we will not be able to match your payment to your conference registration. Please check if discount coupons have been applied correctly.
